Adam Wills is a 15 year law enforcement veteran. He's worked as a Jail Deputy, Patrol Deputy, Narcotics Investigator, Deputized U.S. Marshal, and Expert Certified Interviewer/Interrogator. He retired in 2019 from the position of Undersheriff.

Adam is a Marketing Strategist, Business Development Coach, and Software Company CEO. He founded Breacher Marketing Group which later merged with HITE Digital, a marketing consulting agency that equips business owners, large and small, with marketing strategies and tools to make growing a business more predictable. HITE has achieved ranking on the Inc. 5000 List as one of America's fastest growing companies two years in a row.

Adam and his team are now fully focused on leveraging their expertise in online marketing to help U.S. law enforcement agencies navigate the recruitment crisis.
