Renowned police trainer, Dave Smith, rejoins 3CT to provide some perspective on the officer involved shooting of Patrick Loyoya in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Dave discusses the need to consider all of the circumstances beyond the often inaccurate and harmful media narratives of policing and race in America. He helps to shed light on some of the possible issues that surround these unfortunate circumstances and what may be done to help avoid future police/civilian encounters of a similar nature.
